- Refrigerator: Refrigerator in Kitchen, compact refrigerator in the bar area

- Coffee Maker, Blender, Crock Pot, Four Slice Toaster

- Dishwasher Soap, Kitchen Trash Plastic Bags and Paper Towels

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
- Each bedroom features a full size closet, chest of drawers, TV with DVD player and
DISH NETWORK Television - King Sized Bed is in First Floor Master Bedroom.
- Slope Side second floor bedroom has two Queen Beds and antique rocking chair.
- Golf Side second floor bedroom has one Queen Bed with two twin beds.
- Linens Provided: Crisp, clean and new bedding and a selection of pillows to match your
comfort preferences. - Towel Sets, Hand Soap, Air Freshener, Toilet Paper are provided in bathrooms
- Downstairs Bathroom offers over sized shower, Upstairs bathroom offers full bathtub
with shower.
Great Room and Dinning Areas
- Dinning Area has seating for 8 at the table and stools for three at the kitchen bar
- 37" LCD Flat Screen TV with DISH Network TV, DVD/Home Theater System
- Collection of DVDs (from "G" to "R" ratings - focusing on family friendly movies) to view
while at Harbor Springs Cottage - free. You can rent DVDs locally too. - Romantic Gas Fireplace that turns on with a flick of a switch
- Games including cards and board games, recent magazines
- Separate Refrigerator in Bar area

- Fun for all ages - a separate area where kids of all ages can have fun!

- Private Hot Tub: Hot Tub is located just outside one of the Great Room doorwalls - you'll
enjoy a great view of the Ski Runs at Boyne Highlands! - Extra Large Towels provided for the hot tub
- Gas Grill: Large Gas Grill - even the Grill Chef enjoys a wonderful view here!

- View from the Deck, Great Room, and upstairs bedroom of Boyne Ski hills. When Boyne
offers fireworks our deck and hot tub are the best places to be!

- Mid week maid service is available for an additional charge.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We do not rent to those under 27 years of age.
- Smoking Not Allowed: This is a strictly NO SMOKING location.
