In addition to the stated rental prices:
- $250 Combination Deposit/Security Deposit - Refundable
- One time $130 home and hot tub cleaning fee per stay is not
included in above rates unless otherwise indicated. - Strictly no smoking on the property. Rentals to individuals over
the age of 27. - Mid-week or daily cleaning and/or hot tub cleaning services are
available at additional charges. - All rates and offerings subject to change without notice until
deposit is paid.
| Summer Fun... Enjoy Mackinaw Island. The ferry is just 30 minutes away. Tour the island by horse drawn buggy, lunch at the Grand Hotel and be back to the cottage for a dinner prepared on the grill. Now that is a vacation! Shop and dine in the unique shops in Harbor Springs, or the charming Gas Light District of Petoskey. This is what a day of shopping was meant to be! Take a relaxing drive through the Tunnel of Trees and enjoy the amazing lake views. Bring lunch or stop along the way. Take a day long pontoon boat trip through the chain of lakes. Swim, fish or just soak in the sunshine! |
